As a HVAC Mechanical Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our clients' HVAC systems running smoothly and safely. You'll be hands-on, performing maintenance, repairs, and installations with precision and care. Working both independently and as part of a team, you'll deliver quality service that meets industry standards while ensuring safety and efficiency at every step. Your technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service will help keep buildings comfortable and compliant across New Zealand.


This is an ideal opportunity for you to develop your previous experience in the following areas:

  • Safely and effectively carry out planned and remedial HVAC maintenance, installations, and trade assistant duties
  • Clean air filters and perform minor repairs or installations as directed by Supervisors or Service Coordinators
  • Deliver all work to professional commercial standards with enthusiasm and attention to detail
  • Manage your time flexibly, including occasional after-hours work to meet client needs
  • Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and customers
  • Uphold and promote the company's values and guiding principles

With the following preferred requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualifications (preferred)
  • Current unrestricted NZ Driver's Licence
  • Experience in HVAC, labouring, or general handyman roles
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and OH&S guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
  • Confidence using hand and power tools
