We are 100% New Zealand owned and operated with over 70 years of history providing a comprehensive range of building services including airconditioning, plumbing and electrical services to a variety of major customer sectors including government, commercial and industrial.
About the Role:
We are looking for an Administrator to provide maternity cover for approximately six months commencing late March 2026 to undertake various administration tasks in a fast paced, friendly office environment.
The role will be responsible for;
- Coordinating our team's response to service requests.
- Updating customer portals
- Communication with our customers
- Ensuring records are up to date
- Assist with invoicing
The person we seek will have the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a service providing centric office
- Ideally have experience in electrical, building services or similar related role
- Reliable, responsible, trustworthy and an excellent communicator.
- Drive and enthusiasm, and the ability to respond to change with agility and flexibility.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- NZ residency and/or valid NZ permit to workÂ
